Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Commitment – Minimum initial term is 12 months. Service automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to renewal.

  2. Payment – amount that's agreed upon in writing is charged to the authorized payment method on file on the 1st of each month. Declined payments must be resolved within 5 business days to avoid service interruption.

  3. Setup & Onboarding – One-time setup and customization included in the subscription. Client must provide timely access to calendars, email, and branding materials.

  4. Usage Scope – Subscription covers one primary phone line and one location. Additional lines/locations require separate subscriptions.

  5. Add-On Services – Future features listed under “Future Paid Add-Ons” will be available as optional paid modules, priced separately.

  6. Early Termination – If the agreement is terminated before the end of the initial or renewal term, the remaining monthly fees in that term become immediately due.

  7. Data Ownership – Client retains ownership of call logs, transcripts, and customer data. Kovian LLC may use aggregated, anonymized data for product improvement.

  8. Service Level – Kovian LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime but is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

  9. Limitation of Liability – Kovian LLC’s total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the past 3 months. In no event is Kovian LLC liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  10. Governing Law – This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Fair Use Policy – The Kovian Basic Package includes up to 150 inbound or outbound AI-handled calls per month. This total includes calls that result in bookings, inquiries, or missed opportunities. Calls beyond this monthly limit will incur an overage fee of $1.50 per additional call, billed monthly. Kovian LLC reserves the right to recommend an upgraded plan if the client’s usage consistently exceeds the included call volume. Other Packages will be updated.
